Update: The Warren County Sheriff's Department says the man who walked away from a work detail at the Lebanon Correctional Institution was captured at 7:45 pm. They say Stephen Ramey was found on Shaker Road in Turtlecreek Township. State routes 63 and 741 are back open to traffic.
