(CNN) - Cats must definitely have nine lives. At least this cat seems to. His owner says his cat "Baby" came home with an arrow going in one side of his skull and coming out the other.
These pictures from the public safety department in Blackman-Leoni Township, Mich., show "Baby" with the arrow lodged into his skull.
The cat was lucky, if you could call it that, and no vital organs were hit. After a successful removal, "Baby" seems to doing OK.
The cat was treated by the Michigan State University veterinary clinic. Authorities are asking for help finding the shooter.
