CINCINNATI (AP) - Logan Ondrusek and the Cincinnati Reds have agreed to a two-year contract.
The team announced the deal Thursday night.
Ondrusek, a right-handed reliever, had filed for salary arbitration after going 5-2 with a 3.46 ERA and two saves last season. Teams and players are set to exchange proposed salaries Friday.
Cincinnati still has six players in arbitration: pitchers Homer Bailey, Mat Latos, Mike Leake and Alfredo Simon, and outfielders Shin-Soo Choo and Chris Heisey.
The 6-foot-8 Ondrusek is 15-7 with a 3.45 ERA in three major league seasons, all with the Reds.
The amateur youth soccer tournament is one of the largest in the country.
