DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - 2 News Today has 5 things you need to know for Friday, November 30, 2012.

The Ahiska Turkish American Community Center in Dayton will open its doors at 5 p.m. It's located at the former Bomberger Center.

Montgomery County Officials will kick off 2013 dog license sales. You can purchase them at the Auditor's office and the animal resource center.

Week 15 of the high school football season kicks off with three area teams playing in state title games. Marion Local will play Newark Catholic this morning at 11. Then tonight at 7 Trotwood plays Toledo Central Catholic. Tomorrow Coldwater will face Kirtland.

Woodland Lights starts tonight at the Washington Township Recreation Center. The display runs through December 23.

Kettering officials will light the holiday tree tonight at 6:30 at Lincoln Civic Park. Meteorologist Jamie Jarosik will be there to help.
