Two Dayton security guards charged with murder are expected in court. The lawyers for Christopher Tarbert and Justin Wissinger filed a motion to suppress.

Investigators say the pair killed Dante Price at the Summit Square Apartments earlier this year. The former guards from Ranger Security claim Price tried to run them over with his car.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati will launch a massive TV blitz to encourage people to attend worship.
