A Huber Heights business owner accused of murder is expected in court. US Marshals arrested Michael Harwell last week.

Sentencing is scheduled today in the "basket-brawl case." Devon Stidham-Hamilton will be sentenced for assaulting Austin McCoy last January on the basketball court.
