DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - 2 NEWS Today has 5 things you need to know for Wednesday, January 23, 2013.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will testify before the House and Senate foreign affairs committees about the attack on the U.S. mission in Beghazi that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens.

The U.S. House is expected to vote on a measure to suspend the debt ceiling through mid-May.

Dayton city leaders will discuss plans for a Racino at the City Commission meeting at 8:30 a.m.
