MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) - Wings over the Rainbow has until Thursday to post  $35,000 bond for more than 120 birds that were seized by the Humane Society in May.

If the bond is not posted the Humane Society can do whatever it wants with the birds.

"We fear that many of them will be put down or sent to other sanctuaries, but we want to continue caring for them," Wings Over the Rainbow treasurer Christine Hubin said.

Humane Society Officials said killing any birds is a last resort.
