DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Congressman Mike Turner has earned the endorsement of the Ohio Republican Party.

The vote by the party’s Central Committee makes Turner their choice in the March 6 primary election and the general election in November of this year.

“It is an honor to once again receive the endorsement and support of our state party. I know they share my vision of a Washington focused on getting its fiscal house in order, and finding solutions to help job creators put Americans back to work,” said Turner.

Turner, who has been endorsed by the Ohio Republican Party in his previous bids for office, is solidifying the support of voters in the newly formed 10th Congressional District. Turner received the endorsement of the Greene County Republican Party at the end of January.
