WILMINGTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The search for a missing Sabina woman that appeared to reach a conclusion is still underway.
The Wilmington Police Department says search crews are still at a pond along State Route 73 and Route 22 looking for Casey Pitzer.
They were using sonar equipment Friday to try and find her, but still nothing. They also used a remote operated vehicle to scan the pond as crews continue to drain it.
Pitzer disappeared early Sunday morning after she left a Wilmington bar.
She was last seen jumping from a car on Route 73 near the pond. Police say her boots were found at the pond's edge.
Family members believed earlier this week that her body was found in the retention pond, but it has never been recovered.
Police say bad weather has hampered their search.
Pitzer, 32, is a mother of two small children.
