Restaurant at The Greene closes

DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: Joya’s Bistro at The Greene is closed.

The Italian kitchen-style restaurant that opened last year shut its doors this week amid pressure from The Greene owners.

The Greene in January filed an eviction notice against Joya’s, which is owned by Casual Restaurant Concepts LLC — a joint venture of Greg Januleski, a former investment advisor, and his cousin Phil Marino.
