Woman killed in crash with train near Cincinnati

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) - Police say a woman is dead after her van was struck by a train north of Cincinnati.

The Butler County's Sheriff's Office says 55-year-old Sharon Bennett failed to stop for an oncoming train in St. Clair Township on Saturday afternoon.

Bennett's minivan was struck at a crossing near Hamilton. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
