CLEVELAND (AP) - Cleveland police have arrested a man they say drove his car into a barricade at an outdoor street festival, killing one person and injuring four others.

The Plain Dealer reports that two of the victims were in critical condition after the incident on the city's west side Sunday evening. The names of the victims haven't been released.

Five people were hospitalized, and one later died.

Police said Timothy Spock of Cleveland was arrested and will face various charges, including driving while impaired.

It happened during the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland's annual "Dancin' in the Streets" festival. The event raises money for HIV and AIDS awareness.
