HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - Jessica Flores said she is in disbelief over what happened Thursday morning.
"I never thought it would happen to me though, but I guess it does happen to people," said Flores.
Flores is already a mother of a 3 year old, and she said she knew something was not right. She called her mother for help. Her mother attempted to drive her to the hospital, but the baby couldn't wait.
"I pushed and she was here. She came out and my mom just stopped at the school to get some help,"
They stopped at the Horizon Science Academy on Sue Ann Boulevard in Dayton. Teachers came outside to help. Flores said she was scared.
"I was because I did not know what I was doing when she came out.. I didn't know if she was ok," said Flores.
Flores said by the time the authorities came, little JaNiyah Talore was born. She weighed seven pounds and ten ounces.
Flores is thankful for what the teachers at the school did for her.
"Thank you for being worried about me. I am fine. Yeah I really am fine. I feel great," said Flores.
