Springboro man guilty of shaking baby

SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) - It took two trials in Warren County,, but a Springboro man was found guilty Thursday of injuring a 2-year old boy.
Jason Milby, 30, was convicted of felonious assault and child endangering.
Investigators say he shook his girlfriend's toddler so severely in July 2011, that it left the child in a vegetative state.
Milby has been sentenced to eight years in prison.
His first trial ended when the jury could not reach a verdict.
