LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - Warren County grand jury issued a nine count indictment against Marcus Isreal, the man accused of killing Sheriff's deputy Brian Dulle the morning of May 10.

Isreal is charged with murder, involuntary manslaughter, aggravated vehicular homicide, felonious assault, receiving stolen property, failure to comply, and having weapons under disability.

Prosecutors said Isreal was fleeing police on May 10 when he struck and killed Dulle as he was laying out stop sticks in an attempt to stop the chase.

Isreal is being held in the Butler County jail on a $1 million bond.
