Diversion program for landlord or else

WAYNESVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A Waynesville landlord accused of spanking a tenant was ordered into a diversion program.
Ron Kronenberger has 180 days to complete the program, then the case against him will be dismissed.
Kronenberger was charged with assault after he was accused of whipping a tenant with a belt because the renter owed him money.
Kronenberger is a former president of the Waynesville Chamber of Commerce and was once recognized as citizen of the year.
