FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) - All lanes of Interstate 75 in the Franklin area are open after being closed due to an earlier accident.
Witnesses told 2 NEWS a tractor-trailer rear-ended a street sweeper truck around 4 a.m. in the southbound lanes near SR 123.
The impact of the crash caused the semi to flip on its side, initially blocking three lanes of traffic.
The driver of the street sweeper was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment. His name and condition have not been released.
Troopers have not identified the man driving the tractor-trailer rig.
They said any citations or charges are pending the outcome of their investigation.
