Coroner's report: Quadruple fatal caused by drunk driver

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) - A quadruple fatal crash on Interstate 75 late last year was caused by a drunk driver, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Citing confirmation from the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office, Colonel John Born said Joshua Nkansah, 40, of Fairfield, Ohio had a blood alcohol content of .346 - more than four times the legal limit - at the time of the accident.
The Dec. 23 crash occurred when Nkansah drove his Dodge minivan the wrong-way on I-75 in Warren County, striking a Chrysler minivan head-on.
Michelle and Scott Barhorst of Madisonville, Tenn., who were in the van, were killed. Nkansah and his 7-year-old son, David, were also killed.
Four children in the Barhorst vehicle and another child in the Nkansah vehicle were injured, but survived the crash.
