FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that claimed the life of one person in Franklin.
According to officials, Gregory Stuart II, 37, was driving a Dodge Neon when he went left of center in the 3700 block of Pennyroyal Road. Stuart collided with a pick-up truck driven by 42-year-old Jerry Richards.
Stuart was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
Richards and his child passenger were not seriously injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
