Woman thrown from car, airlifted to hospital

PREBLE COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - A woman in her 40s was airlifted to the hospital after losing control and being thrown from her car early Sunday morning.
Troopers said the woman was traveling south on State Route 726 near the intersections of U.S. 127 around 1:15 a.m.
She went off the side of the road and struck a utility pole and two boulders. According to officials, her vehicle overturned and she was thrown from her car.
CareFlight was called to the scene and transported her to Miami Valley Hospital.
Troopers are still investigating what caused the accident.
