Man charged for internet child porn

EATON, Ohio (WDTN) - A computer repair business tipped the Preble County Sheriff's Department to a case of child exploitation.

The business found images of children in sexually oriented photographs on a computer brought in for repair.

Deputies investigated and arrested Martin Burnett, 52, of Eaton.  They confiscated Burnett's computer and storage data.

Investigators believe the images were downloaded from the internet.

Burnett is charged with several counts including pandering obscenity involving a minor and pandering sexually oriented matter.

He is out of jail on bond awaiting his next court appearance.
