PREBLE CO., Ohio (WDTN) - A head-on collision claimed the life of one woman early Saturday morning in Preble County.
Officials said a car and van collided around 6 a.m. on Quaker Trace Road in the southern part of Preble County.
Troopers said it appeared that one of the vehicles went left of center, causing the accident.
The woman driving the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman driving the van was taken to the hospital with what troopers were calling non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities are still gathering evidence and trying to piece together what happened. Troopers are working to determine who is to blame for the crash.
