EATON, Ohio (WDTN) - H1N1 Influenza Vaccination Clinic

Dates: Thursday, November 5, 2009

Place: Eaton First Church of God
          601 E. Lexington Rd.
          Eaton, OH 45320

Time: 12:00 pm-3:00 pm and 4:00 pm-7:00 pm

For: The CDC Recommended Priority Groups

  • Pregnant women
  • People who live with or care for children younger than 6 months of age
  • Persons between the age of 6 months and 24 years old
  • People ages 25 through 64 years of age who are at high risk for 2009 H1N1 because of chronic health disorders or compromised immune systems
  • Healthcare and emergency medical service personnel

Cost: FREE

Those individuals interested in receiving the H1N1 influenza vaccine can pre-register at www.pcghd.net .
