Young Marines graduate from boot camp

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - Miami Valley Young Marines held its boot camp graduation in Huber Heights on Saturday.

The ceremony was held in Fehrenbach Hall inside St. Peter Church. Special military honors were conducted and awarded, including recognition of community supporters.

Gunnery Sergeant Antonio Kitchens, USMC was the guest speaker for Saturday's event.

The Young Marines is a youth education and service program for boys and girls, ages 8 through completion of high school, promoting the mental, moral, and physical development of its members.
