DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Rain came down across parts of the Miami Valley late Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning, which created some slippery roads for drivers.

Officials in Dayton said one overnight crash may have been due to speed and wet road conditions.

The driver of a black car lost control on Riverside Drive near Ernst Avenue just before 1a.m. Tuesday.

The car also knocked a power line to the ground and exposed live wires.

Police on the scene told 2 NEWS that driver was nowhere to be found.
