Police ID man shot and killed overnight

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton homicide detectives were called to investigate after overnight gunfire left one person dead.

Aundric Kerley, 23, was shot around 2:20 Friday morning in a parking lot outside the Vault nightclub on North Jefferson Street.

Witnesses told 2 NEWS Kerley was hit by bullets multiple times after a fight broke out.

He was taken to Miami Valley Hospital where he later died.
