TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies, SWAT personnel and multiple other agencies have ended a standoff at a home in the 4000 block of Wolf Road in Trotwood.
35-year-old, Jason Davidson was arrested following the incident Sunday afternoon and charged with inducing panic, other charges could follow.
Police responded to the home shortly after 7, Sunday morning. Davidson refused to come out leading to the SWAT callout.
The area, just off Salem Avenue, was shut down and nearby residents were evacuated during the nearly 6 hour standoff.
SWAT communicated with Davidson, who surrendered just before 1 p.m. after tear gas was shot into the home.
