TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) - A driver damaged two houses in Trotwood Wednesday afternoon after losing control of his SUV.

Crews were called to the 3400 block of Olive Road around 5:00 pm.

The driver apparently clipped the first house, then hit the home next door.

The houses received some minor damage.

Investigators believe the driver suffered a medical condition.  He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No one inside either house was hurt.
