Stolen car mayhem on Dayton streets

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -
The report of a stolen car ended with medics rushing to a crash scene Monday afternoon.
The incident began around 1:30 pm in Dayton where police were investigating a report of a stolen car.
A Montgomery County Sheriff's deputy spotted the car on Philadelphia Drive a short time after the report came in to police. The suspect fled from the deputy.
Investigators say he ended up t-boning another car in the intersection of Catalpa Drive and Siebenthaler Avenue.
Multiple medics were sent to the scene. Six people were pulled from the stolen car, two adults and four teenagers. All of their injuries are reported to be minor.
The driver of the other car was also treated for minor injuries.
A Dayton school bus was caught up in the chase. The bus driver is pregnant, so she was checked out at the hospital as a precaution.
Deputies believe the suspects reached speeds up to 60 miles per hour, although officers were not in pursuit.
"The stolen vehicle was driving very dangerously, erratically, went around the school bus and obviously blew through the intersection and that's when they hit the innocent bystander," said Major Daryl Wilson, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
All six suspects face charges of receiving stolen property and eluding police.
