Police: man sexually abused special needs girl

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A 41-year-old man sat in jail Thursday on allegations he sexually abused an 18-year-old girl with special needs.

Dayton Police arrested Kenneth Peyton in the 1700 Block of Xenia Avenue. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on rape charge.

Police tell 2 NEWS Peyton has a record for sex crimes and more charges could be filed as the result of a grand jury investigation.
