Police ID man shot and killed

Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton homicide detectives are investigating a shooting after one man is killed.
Jason Rutledge, 29, of Dayton, died after being rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital around 11:30 Wednesday night.
Police said they were responding to a disturbance call about several cars converging at the house in the 2000 block of Ravenwood Avenue just before shots rang out.
Police have a suspect in mind but are not releasing that name.
