WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A mother may be facing charges after police say she went into a bar while leaving her two young kids in the car.

According to police, 30-year-old Vicki Ann Freeders went into Sparky's Lounge on Watertower Lane in West Carrollton while her children were still in the car early Saturday morning.

The bartender called police after Freeders had some drinks and got back into her car with her kids.

Police caught up with Freeders at the intersection of Central Avenue and 6th Street and took her into custody.

Her children are in the care of relatives.

She was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and will face charges of OVI and child endangering.
