DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County has a new county administrator.

Commissioners announced the appointment of Joseph Tuss on Thursday.

He replaces former administrator, Deborah Feldman, who retired last summer.

"It truly is, and this is a bit of a cliche perhaps, but it really is an honor and a privilege to be selected by the county commission to serve as the county administrator," said Joseph Tuss.

Tuss served as interim administrator after Feldman's retirement.

Feldman is now the CEO of Dayton Children's Medical Center.
