Man indicted after hiding in trunk

CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) -  

A Huber Heights man was indicted Tuesday on abduction and other charges.
 
Centerville police say Michael Spicer hid in his girlfriend's trunk back in September.  They say he took her hostage when she discovered him and forced to drive around the area.
 
He's accused of assaulting her at the Huber Heights Walmart and then finally let her go.
 
Spicer was taken into custody in Tennessee.  He's now back in the Miami Valley. and is expected in court later this week.
