HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - Huber Heights leaders call a proposed music center a game changer.

They heard the results of a study done about the open air music pavilion in a public meeting Wednesday.

The study found that the pavilion could bring a billion dollars in revenue to the city and $120-million to the county over a 30-year span.

It will cost $18-million to build it on Executive Boulevard across from the Meijer store.
