DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County prosecutors indicted a Dayton man for murder Friday.

Tarrell Postell, 25, is now formally charged with the shooting death of Jason Rutledge.

Rutledge was gunned down on February 20 inside a duplex on Ravenwood Avenue.  Investigators say Postell was arguing with another man at the home and started firing his gun, striking Rutledge.

Postell is in the Montgomery County Jail on a million dollars bond.  He is set to be arraigned March 5.
