CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A Centerville dentist paid it forward Thursday by offering free dental work to veterans.

Dr. Vannah Nantz offered all work today, free of charge as part of a program called "Leave No Vet Behind." Dr. Nantz is the daughter of a World War II veteran and wanted to do her part to say thank you for serving.

"I think a lot of us soldiers were kind of forgotten. Now I'm really glad to see more businesses and American people are coming together, really appreciating what the vets have done over there," said army veteran Robert Simboli who stopped by the office to get his tooth pulled Thursday.

Future dental treatments for Thursday military patients will be done at discounted rates.

Dr. Vannah Nantz is located at 79 West Franklin Street in Centerville, and can be reached by called 433-0100.
