COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) - A former Ohio State University football star pleaded not guilty in a road rage case.
James Stillwagon, 63, is accused of firing several rounds from his handgun at Richard Mattingly of Kettering.
The incident happened on US 42, north of Columbus, last year. One of the bullets grazed Mattingly's head.
Stillwagon pleaded not guilty to felonious assault.
A hearing to set a trial date is scheduled for April 8th.
