BROOKVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A woman slammed her car into the front of a Brookville house about 9:30 Monday morning.

Police said slick roads may be to blame for the accident at 8470 Wellbaum Road.

The car hit a post on the porch before crashing into the house.

Police told 2 NEWS photojournalist Kris Sproles the car came to a stop near a boy's bedroom, who fortunately, was at school.

No one inside the house, or the driver, was injured.

Police have not released the driver's name, of if she will be cited.
