DAYTON (WDTN) - Dayton Police are investigating the city's fifth homicide in four days.
Officers were called to the 1600 block on Bancroft Street around 6 p.m. on Saturday on reports of a shooting
Lt. Donald Burden told 2 NEWS when investigators arrived they found Charles L. Black, 26, deceased inside his car with multiple gunshot wounds. Burden said it appeared the suspect had walked up from behind the car and fired the fatal shots into the victim's black Infiniti.
As of 8:45 p.m. police had not released the victim's name and were still looking for the shooter.
