DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Dayton Auto Show is in full swing at the Dayton Convention Center.

Organizers are not able to release specifics yet; however, said attendance is good this year when compared to past years.

"We think the ice storm may have helped," said Marie Gilman, who is the manager of the event. "School was canceled for a lot of districts so we saw a lot of parents with their kids Friday."

The annual event displays 150 of the newest makes and models from 24 automakers.

The show runs until 9 p.m. Friday, 10:00am – 9:00pm Saturday and 10:00am – 6:00pm Sunday.

Tickets are $7 for adults.  Admission is free for children 12 & under when accompanied by a paid adult.
