Charges for Kettering kidnapping

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office just approved charges against a sex assault suspect.
Joseph Budz was arrested Tuesday after police released a composite drawing of a suspect.
He is accused of kidnapping a woman in the Big Lots parking lot on Wilmington Pike.
Police say he then drove the victim to an apartment and sexually assaulted her.
Prosecutors approved three charges, including two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of kidnapping.
Budz is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $25,000 bond.
