Car knocks man to ground in Kettering

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - A pedestrian was struck by a car at a busy Kettering intersection Wednesday morning.

It happened about 9:30 at Bigger and Whipp roads.

Police said the man was crossing Whipp Road when he was hit by a car turning right from Bigger Road.

The victim was taken to Kettering Medical Center with what investigators said were non-life threatening injuries.

His name was not released.
