TIPP CITY, Ohio (WDTN) - Early Monday 20-year-old Ellen Garner died from injuries she suffered New Year's Day in a fire at a home near the campus of the University of Cincinnati.
Garner was a graduate of Tippecanoe High School in Miami County.
