Sex abuse suspect trial postponed

TROY, Ohio (WDTN) - The trial of a Troy father accused of raping his three sons has been delayed.
Kenneth Brandt, 39, will now undergo a competency assessment before a new trial date is set in Miami County.
He is also facing charges in Montgomery County
Investigators say he adopted three boys from Texas and abused them.
He's also accused of soliciting men online to have sex with one of the children.
