LOGAN COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - Indian Lake Schools are trying to continue classes as normal following a bus accident that sent 41 elementary school students to the emergency room.
Marysville post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the driver of the bus that flipped over on township road 88, will be cited for failure to control. The driver is Terrassa Cline, and right now Indian Lake Schools superintendent Patrick O'Donnell said she's on paid administrative leave. O'Donnell said the district supports Cline.
"We know that we that the bus driver did an unbelievable job. One, controlling that bus so we didn't have a major accident in that bus. Then two, keep the kids calm and getting them out of that bus as quickly and safely as possible," said O'Donnell.
Authorities said all 41 students on board attended Indian Lake Elementary and weren't seriously injured.
