BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) - A Beavercreek man was found competent to stand trial Tuesday for the death of his father.
Pardeep Saini now faces a trial for murder on April 22.
He is accused of shooting his father, Onkar Saini, inside his home on Rumford Way in January 2012.
Police captured Saini in Marshall County, West Virginia several days later after tracking his credit card use.
The competency hearing found that medications Saini was ordered to take worked to stabilize his condition.
