22-year-old killed in rollover accident

CAESARSCREEK TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - The Xenia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash in Caesarscreek Township that claimed the life of a driver.
The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. Saturday on Hussey Road just east of West Beal Road.
According to officials, 22-year-old Wilhelm Bales of Jamestown was driving on Hussey Road when he lost control, drove off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, and rolled his car. Bales was thrown for the vehicle.
The vehicle hit a fence and came to rest in a field.
Bales was taken to Greene County Memorial Hospital and later transferred to Kettering Hospital where he died.
According to troopers, speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
Bales was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
