ARCANUM, Ohio (WDTN) - An Arcanum man and his mother admitted to growing marijuana in court Monday.
William Colthar , 30, and Michele Colthar, 58, each pleaded guilty to a count of possessing marijuana. This according to our partners at the Greenville Daily Advocate .
Darke County Sheriff's deputies seized nearly 250 pot plants worth about $250,000 from the property in September 2012. They say it was one of the largest raids in county history.
Both will be sentenced April 2. William Colthar faces up to eight years in prison. His mother faces up to three years.
